Important: By downloading, installing, or using Kismet Countdown, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. 服务说明 / Description of Service
Kismet Countdown 是一款 iOS 倒计时应用，提供事件管理、日历视图、准备清单、主题外观、可选天气视觉效果、本地通知提醒和可选的 App Store 内购主题。
Kismet Countdown is an iOS countdown app that provides event management, calendar views, preparation checklists, themes, optional weather visuals, local notifications, and optional App Store in-app theme purchases.
2. 使用许可 / License
在您遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予您有限的、非独占的、不可转让的个人使用许可。您不得复制、修改、出售、出租、反向工程或以违法方式使用本应用。
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or use the app unlawfully.
3. 您的数据 / Your Data
您在应用中创建的事件、清单和备注归您所有。应用数据主要保存在您的设备上。您应自行为重要信息保留备份，并理解卸载应用或删除数据可能导致本地数据丢失。
You own the events, checklists, and notes you create in the app. App data is primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up important information and understand that uninstalling the app or deleting data may remove local data.
4. 内购 / In-App Purchases
- 高级主题可能作为一次性 App Store 内购提供，实际价格以 App Store 显示为准。
- 付款、税费、退款和家庭共享等事项由 Apple 管理，并适用 Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions。
- 如需退款，请通过 Apple 的官方退款流程提交请求。
- Premium themes may be offered as one-time App Store in-app purchases, with actual pricing shown by the App Store.
- Payments, taxes, refunds, and family sharing are managed by Apple and subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Refund requests should be submitted through Apple's official refund process.
5. 天气和通知 / Weather and Notifications
实时天气依赖 Apple WeatherKit、定位权限和网络连接。天气数据可能延迟或不准确。通知由 iOS 系统调度，可能受设备状态、系统设置、专注模式、省电模式或网络情况影响。
Real-time weather depends on Apple WeatherKit, location permission, and network connectivity. Weather data may be delayed or inaccurate. Notifications are scheduled by iOS and may be affected by device state, system settings, Focus modes, battery settings, or connectivity.
6. 可接受使用 / Acceptable Use
您同意遵守适用法律，不干扰应用运行，不尝试绕过内购验证，不上传、输入或分享违法、有害或侵犯他人权利的内容。
You agree to comply with applicable laws, not interfere with app operation, not attempt to bypass purchase verification, and not upload, enter, or share unlawful, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
7. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property
Kismet Countdown 的名称、界面设计、代码、主题素材和相关内容由我们或许可方拥有。除本协议明确授权外，您不会获得任何知识产权权利。
The Kismet Countdown name, interface design, code, theme assets, and related content are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the license granted in these Terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
8. 免责声明 / Disclaimers
本应用按“现状”和“可用”提供。我们不保证应用完全无错误、不间断或适用于所有特定用途。请不要仅依赖本应用处理安全、医疗、法律、财务或其他关键提醒。
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every particular purpose. Do not rely solely on the app for safety, medical, legal, financial, or other critical reminders.
9. 责任限制 / Limitation of Liability
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损害负责，包括但不限于错过事件、数据丢失、通知失败、天气错误或第三方服务问题。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including missed events, data loss, notification failures, weather inaccuracies, or third-party service issues.
10. 协议变更 / Changes to Terms
我们可能会更新本协议。重大变更会通过本页面或应用内适当方式说明。继续使用应用表示您接受更新后的协议。
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be described on this page or through appropriate in-app notices. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
